Drama Education
Educational Drama is integrated into the Curriculum and is taught in a specifically- designed classroom.
Drama lessons, offered from the pre- nursery age through 6th grade, include theatre games and plays.
Theatre games- Plays
The importance of the theatre games lies in connecting speech to body movements.
Using selected texts by classical authors and popular story- tellers pupils develop their imagination and become creative.
The pupils’ creativity is, also, developed in an amusing way with drama techniques such as, the use of pantomime games, story-telling and dramatization. At the end of the school year our pupils put on a unique performance which boasts all the elements of drama they have mastered throughout the year.
